Christophe Rynikiewicz is a PhD student at IEPE in collaboration with ADEME (French Environmental Agency) and ARCELOR.
His current research focuses on the impact of global environmental challenges on the technico-economic dynamics of the materials industry.

He is working on system innovations and in particular on the adoption of radical innovations in the framework of the ULCOS project (Ultra Low CO2 Steelmaking, 6th FP).

Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in Arthur Andersen Environmental Risk Services with a special interest on Public Policy Evaluation. Between 1999 and 2000, he worked in the norwegian company Norske Skog as a Process, energy and environment engineer.

He is a graduate from the Master in Environment of ISIGE (common to Ecoles des Mines, des Ponts et Chaussées et du Génie Rural et des des Eaux et Forêts). He holds an engineer degree in Process Engineering from the INPG.
