Marie-Laure Lamy presented her thesis on 8 October 2004. Her research involves comparing the efficiency of support schemes in the development of renewable energy sources, in a dynamic perspective that involves technological progress. The comparison relates to guaranteed purchase tariffs and competition auction systems. It extends to include green certificate mechanisms because of the central role that these certificates could be required to play in the context of a harmonised European policy on renewable energy support.
